Little Miss Sunshine

Little Miss Sunshine is a unique bistro with its own brewery, located at the rear of Brisbane City's stunning Heritage Lanes precinct, whose design is inspired by the marketplace* that first occupied the site in the early 20th century.

The perfect communal space to unwind, connect, and catch up, Little Miss Sunshine is the go-to for workers, visitors and locals to drink and socialise at the top end of town.

Reflecting the timeless charm of life in the Sunshine State, the convivial bistro and brewery brings together delectable cuisine inspired by travels, a connection to local producers, and a chef’s creative journey.

The ambience at Little Miss Sunshine is carefully curated, offering a fusion of cosy interior spaces and a spacious outside area that emanates warm hospitality. 

Expect Aussie classics like beer-battered barramundi with chunky chips or Moreton Bay Bug spaghetti, plus a Mediterranean influence with beef and chicken shawarma, lamb kofta and flatbread from the grill, and fresh tabbouleh salad.

While the focus centres on the food, the dining experience is enhanced with a vast and plentiful array of 28 taps, including house-brewed sips and the team’s favourites in the mix.

In a nutshell - A visit to Little Miss Sunshine means sipping on a small-batch beer, indulging in a carefully paired dish, or simply enjoying the tunes from guest musicians.  

*Built on the site of the Brisbane Fruit and Produce Exchange, which opened in 1906, the precinct has incorporated features and materials from the past, including the podium, which reflects the pitched roof design of the old marketplace, and the Heritage Market zone on the ground plane, incorporating the original shed formwork into the contemporary retail space.
