Get ready to be swept away by the enchanting melodies of 20-year-old piano prodigy Reuben Tsang, as he embarks on a national tour bringing him to Brisbane as part of the Piano+ Emerging Artist Recital Series - the Future of Classical Music, held on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 3pm in at QSO Studio, South Brisbane.

Witness Reuben Tsang's exceptional talent as he takes on masterpieces by Scarlatti, Fauré, Brahms (Piano Sonata No.1 in C major Op.1), and Mozart (Piano Sonata No.3 in B major K.281) in a two-hour musical journey, including an interval, that promises to captivate audiences throughout.

Hailing from Cairns, this remarkable pianist first stunned audiences at the 2016 Sydney International Piano Competition at the tender age of 12, showcasing his prowess with Chopin and Beethoven. As the second youngest semi-finalist in the 2023 Competition, Reuben clinched the prestigious Nancy Weir Best Australian Pianist Prize, proudly supported by YMFA. Currently under the guidance of Natasha Vlassenko at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, Reuben Tsang is undeniably on the path to a stellar career. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the magic of Reuben Tsang live.
