When midnight approaches, diners are invited to make their way up to the Level 12 rooftop for a spectacular fireworks viewing to welcome the new year. Reservations from $199 per person.

If you prefer a more relaxed, open-air celebration, Soleil Pool Bar sets the scene perfectly. Enjoy the buzz of live DJs, two bars pouring all night, and Soleil’s signature poolside atmosphere. You can reserve a table or upgrade to a premium booth, and every ticket includes a $75 bar tab to spend on drinks. A light grazing menu keeps the celebrations flowing well into the evening.
