Perspective Dining is a unique and intimate gastronomic tasting menu experience, helmed by esteemed Australian chef Andrew McCrea and located in the base of the landmark heritage-listed TC Beirne Building in Fortitude Valley.

Within the closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, diners are taken on a unique culinary adventure that is Michelin restaurant standard, with cutting-edge tasting menus (both plant-based - 'Greener Pastures' - and protein-based - 'Swimmers and Grazers') from 5 courses (5 of the Season) to 9 courses (Harvest).

Unlike other similar restaurants, here diners sit separately from the chef at their own tables, from where they can watch Andrew work his magic, like watching an artist at work in a studio. So the vibe is like being a guest at a dinner party in someone's home.

The seasonal menu is sourced from both local farmers and suppliers the restaurant's own offsite garden and can be paired with wines from the carefully curated list.
