Hero event Fully Charged kicks things off with thrilling aerobatic displays and family friendly action on the ground at Queensland Museum Rail Workshops.
Motorsport lovers can dive into two massive days of racing at 2 Days of Thunder or experience the roar of Diesel Assault with quarter mile runs and diesel powered mayhem.
Everyone can explore the Monster Machine Day, where kids can get up close with construction giants, or enjoy the Retro Picnic with classic cars, rock ’n’ roll and a lively dancefloor.
Train enthusiasts can slow things down aboard the QPSR Swanbank Collier, a heritage diesel journey through local history, while the Grandchester Model Live Steam Running Day brings miniature steam engines and old-world railway charm to life.
For something a little different, Flight! the musical offers a fun and imaginative take on aviation legends.
Good to know - Elements of Fully Charged will be noisy, have very low light, be bright and may flash. Noise cancelling headphones are advised. A Chill Out Zone will be available.
Need to know - Make getting to Fully Charged part of the adventure. Hop aboard a FREE historic bus running from two Park ‘n’ Ride locations to Queensland Museum Rail Workshops and back again approximately every 20 minutes from 8.30am – 4.30pm. Visit the website for locations.
