The Medibank Feel Good Program at South Bank Parklands is focusing on all things Balance in May! So get ready to elevate your fitness routine with a diverse range of free classes that cater to all fitness levels and goals.

In addition to the popular Pilates, Mini & Me, Aqua, Yoga and Zumba, there’s a host of new offerings including Wing Chun, Ballroom and Body Balance.

There is also a brand-new line-up of lifestyle sessions, including Ginastica, Starter Skills for Veggie Growing, Intro to Microgreens or Ballet. And if slowing down and stretching is more your pace, make sure you check out Tai Chi, Mindful Art and Flexibility!

Looking for a high-energy workout? The Zumba class will have you dancing your way to fitness, while the Body Balance class will help you find your flow with a series of simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Join a refreshing Pilates class that will tone your muscles and increase flexibility, or bond with your little one during our Mini & Me – KangaTraining class, a dance-based babywearing workout, improving cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Find your inner peace with a Yoga Flow class, perfect for calming the mind and improving overall wellbeing, or challenge yourself with the Beach Fitness class, a dynamic water and sand based workout that will leave you feeling invigorated on Streets Beach.

For something different, why not try your hand at an introductory class of Wing Chun, a Chinese martial art and self-defence class;  or work on your Cha Cha Cha, Waltz and Jive moves at the Ballroom class.

On the first Saturday of the month, the Medibank Feel Good Program is launching the new month of programming with extra fitness and lifestyle classes.

On Saturday 6th May, join Tim Robards, renowned fitness expert, TV personality and Medibank Ambassador, for an All Body Balance class. This class is designed to help find your inner balance, improve flexibility, and build strength. After the class, Tim will be sticking around for a Meet and Greet session where you can ask questions and get a photo with him.

But that's not all! On May 6th, head along to Starter Skills for Veggie growing where you can learn all the basics to try your hand at vegetable growing at home. And on May 13th, there is Mindful Art where you can use Art as Therapy or Intro to Microgreens where you can learn how to increase your daily greens intake.

If slowing down and switching off is your speed, on May 20th there is Flexibility. Finally, on May 27th, come along to Ginastica, a training method benefiting your entire body and life, giving you physical qualities like strength, endurance, and mobility.

Need to know - Bookings are not required for most classes but please note that to manage capacity, some sessions do require pre-registration.
