Kumokumo is a pop-up eatery in South Bank, serving delicious Japanese street style souffle pancakes and specialty drinks.

In keeping with tradition, each souffle pancake is prepared using minimal freshly sourced ingredients and following a strict method of preparation.

Souffle pancake toppings include uji matcha cream & red bean paste; cream, black sugar & boba pearls; custard, cassonade sugar & berry compote; biscoff & coffee cream with whipped marscapone; or whipped butter & jarrah honey.

Need to know - Because souffle pancakes must be consumed while they are fresh and hot, within 15 minutes of cooking, takeaways are not available.
