With a menu featuring and based upon the finest cuts of locally-sourced wagyu, diners can choose from Omakase (chef's  selection set menu) or a la carte.

For newcomers to Japanese BBQ, the Omakase (for 2-4 diners) is recommended, and the waiters are there to advise and, if necessary, assist with the cooking of the meat.
