Step inside the magical world of ballet costumes as Queensland Ballet and Queensland College of Art, Griffith University present Secret Lives of Costumes at the brand new Thomas Dixon Centre from July 18 to September 25, 2022.

This visually sumptuous exhibition features costumes from Queensland Ballet’s rich and diverse repertoire, ranging from the much-loved classics The Nutcracker, Cinderella, The Sleeping Beauty, and Don Quixote to recently celebrated original creations including Dangerous Liaisons and Little Green Road to Fairy Land.

The Secret Lives of Costumes collection showcases the intricate detail and beauty, as well as the incredible skill set of the Queensland Ballet Costume Department.

This fascinating, free exhibition will be complemented by a program of ticketed talks and workshops:
