Corbett & Claude Pizza Bar

Brisbane laneway eatery and bar Corbett and Claude have given a whole new twist to the city’s healthy dining and drinking scene with their unique superfood pizzas and cocktails.

With one of Australia’s leading pizza chefs on board, Corbett and Claude are churning out delicious and nutritious stone bake pizzas from their Cuppone oven, while the house mixologists work their magic creating luscious vitamin-packed cocktails.

The special ‘Nourish’ pizzas have toppings you won’t find anywhere else, such as Sweet Dreams - sweet potato, grilled zucchini and micro amaranth, Soul Food – beetroot, chia seeds and goats cheese and the ultimate Super Greens – pesto, asparagus, snow peas, kale, grilled zucchini and peas.

Along with their ‘Nourish’ variety, Corbett and Claude also do a neat range of classics (Margherita, Four Cheese, salami, Mushroom or Smoked Ham and Pineapple) and a gourmet C&C Special range named after the travellers who once frequented the heritage building above (try the Consultant – thin sliced potato, crispy prosciutto and rosemary or The Merchant – pork and fennel sausage, shaved apple and red cabbage).

As well as pizza, Corbett and Claude so a great little menu of healthy salads (think Brown rice and quinoa, almonds and chia in Asian lime dressing or Beetroot, Carrot, incaberries and pinenuts, with the option of adding chicken, meatballs, haloumi or prawns. Diners can also build their own meat and cheese board from an extensive list of gourmet deli items, or enjoy a pan fried gnocchi with choice of toppings.

Corbett and Claude's cocktails are also the closest you’ll ever come to guilt-free, with the menu reading like a health food bar’s smoothie or juice list, save for the odd nip of vodka, rum or fruity liqueur.

Standouts on the list are Cloudy with a Chance of Apples (Ketel One Vodka, crushed apples and pear liqueur), Vodka and Chill (Zebrowka bison grass vodka, pomegranate liqueur and chia seeds), Kale My Vibe (Ketel One Vodka, spinach, kale and cucumber) and Cocktails in my Activewear (vodka, elderflower and lychee liqueur and chia seeds).
