Sunday Retro Brunch

Celebrate like it's 1979 when Sunday Retro Brunch returns to Hibiscus Room in honour of National Retro Day on Sunday, March 27, 2022.*

Indulge in a delicious 3-course buffet brunch ($79 for adults, $30 per child) including a welcome cocktail on arrival, live entertainment with jazz, funk and bossa nova tunes, and crafted Four Pillars cocktails throughout the day.

On the menu, which is a mix of buffet and a la carte, you'll find Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba prawns and avocado, classic prawn cocktail, and premium small plates such as Eggs Benedict with smoked ham; Darling Downs roast beef; Tandoori spring chicken; and seared Humpty Doo barramundi to name a few.

There's also a salad bar selection including Russian salad, and a dessert buffet with nostalgic offerings such as Black Forest Trifle, assorted boutique lamingtons, mini pavlova, a cheese selection and hand-made chocolates.

Meanwhile the special kids menu* (for ages 5-12 years) includes fish or choice of burger and chips, Napoli pasta, and ice-cream sundae.

Good to know - Diners will also have complimentary access to the swimming pool, so bring your bathers!
