Valley Laneway Markets are celebrating the silly season with ‘A Very Valley Market Christmas’ in true Fortitude Valley style on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 9am-2pm.

Get into the Christmas shopping spirit early and shop one-of-a-kind, handmade artisan gifts on the Valley Laneway Market trail: Winn Lane, Bakery Lane, California Lane, Brunswick Street Mall and Institute of Modern Art (IMA).

Jingle all the way to the Markets where you'll find an array of gifts on offer, from candles and ceramics, to plants, earrings and vintage clothes. Plus, shop quality books and homewares from IMA’s own carefully-curated stalls and store.

The Christmas-themed extravaganza begins with the Ba(r)kery Lane Dog Parade for the dog families of Brisbane. Bringing back the legendary Winn Lane Dog Show, pet owners will have the opportunity to enter their fur baby into the ultimate doggie showcase with prizes to be won. Let your dog strut down the runway and charm the judges for the chance to win.

Get a free professional photo with ‘Santa Claus’ or ‘Santa Paws’ for our furry friends, and make the annual family portrait one to remember.

The extravaganza continues with violinist, singer and songwriter, Sofia Isella, who'll be returning after her Hidden Lanes
Festival appearance with a must-see performance.

Tis the season to be jolly, so join the Laneways for a Mimosa Morning or grab some home-baked sweets at the pop-up in Winn Lane. Plus, there'll be free face painting and delicious treat giveaways for the kids!
