For seafood lovers, there's a sumptuous selection of shell fish, like local prawns, bugs, crabs, lobsters, scallops, black mussels and shucked oysters, plus delicious smoked salmon.

Aussie BBQ fare on offer ranges from marinated eye fillets and chargrilled chicken, to grilled prawns and barbecued corn on the cob; while traditional European fare includes spit-roasted pork with apple sauce, roast turkey with cranberry stuffing, and sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding.

Plus, there's an array of Asian-inspired dishes such as Peking duck, BBQ pork belly, and whole steamed fish with ginger and shallot sauce; as well as pot stickers, Asian greens with shitake mushroom, fried rice, steamed rice and more.

In addition, the bountiful buffet will feature fresh salads along with tasty sides: baked root vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower mornay, sautéed green beans, and steamed veggies.
