Let Treasury Brisbane do all the hard work this year, while you and your family enjoy a spectacular Christmas Day Buffet Lunch in the stunning surrounds of heritage-listed Treasury Hotel.

Eat, drink and be merry at the iconic hotel on Christmas Day with a three-hour festive buffet lunch with all the trimmings, including a beverage package featuring premium wine, a range of beer and cider, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Treasury's culinary team have crafted a festive lunch menu like no other, featuring locally-sourced seafood, mouth-watering meats, international cuisines, fresh salads, and desserts galore, including all your Christmas favourites.

For seafood lovers, there's a sumptuous selection of shell fish, like local prawns, bugs, crabs, lobsters, scallops, black mussels and shucked oysters, plus delicious smoked salmon.

Aussie BBQ fare on offer ranges from marinated eye fillets and chargrilled chicken, to grilled prawns and barbecued corn on the cob; while traditional European fare includes spit-roasted pork with apple sauce, roast turkey with cranberry stuffing, and sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding.

Plus, there's an array of Asian-inspired dishes such as Peking duck, BBQ pork belly, and whole steamed fish with ginger and shallot sauce; as well as pot stickers, Asian greens with shitake mushroom, fried rice, steamed rice and more.

In addition, the bountiful buffet will feature fresh salads along with tasty sides: baked root vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower mornaysautéed green beans, and steamed veggies.

Make sure to save room for dessert with an extravaganza of sweets on offer, from gingerbread houses and fruit mince tarts, rum balls and plum pudding, pecan tarts and crème brûlée, bread and butter pudding, and everyone's favourite - chocolate fondue.

But that's not all! The halls will be decked with festive decorations, carollers will entertain with Christmas classics, and a very special guest will make an appearance with a gift for every child aged 12 and under.
