The German BierGarten in Wooloowin is like finding an authentic little slice of Germany hidden away in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

The owner, who is of German heritage, has created a charming traditional German beer garden in a backyard garden under the trees.

On the lunch and dinner menus are cheese kranskies, house-marinated Lumber Jack steak, original Bavarian Lebarkas, Thueringer bratwurst, beef skewers, pretzels, and salads, accompanied by a range of icy cold German beers.
