Big Rosella Festival 2020

The Big Rosella Festival is going digital this year, live streaming farm tours and cooking demonstrations from the farm to your home.

Presented by Australia's biggest rosella producer, Petersen's Farm in Woolooga, the annual festival celebrates all things rosella.

After reaping a record rosella crop, Petersen's Farm has decided to go ahead with the festival online from May 2 to 4.

The first ever virtual Big Rosella Festival will feature farm tours and celebrity chefs - including Gympie's food ambassador Matt Golinski and MKR 2017 runner-up Valerie Ferdinands - creating delicious dishes made with rosellas and other regional produce.

Virtual festival-goers can also learn how to make rosella jam by taking part in an online jam making masterclass on Sunday, May 3. Order your rosella jam making kit here.
