Start the day off with breakfast prepared by Rosalie Gourmet Market. Their menu offers contemporary dishes such as avocado smash mini toasts with Meredith goats cheese and dukkah, along with classics such as prosciutto, egg & spinach quiche tarts, ham and cheese croissants, scone platters, seasonal fruit platters, danishes, freshly baked sweet and savoury muffins, and granola pots with Greek yoghurt, passionfruit curd & blueberry compote. 

Sandwiches, ciabattas and wraps are offered with a mouth-watering array of more than 20 fillings, which can be customised to suit any dietary requirement including gluten-free and vegan. Some of their most popular options are mixed triangle sandwich boxes comprising a selection of their most popular classic & gourmet fillings, or you can customise your choice by selecting either sandwiches, ciabatta rolls, wraps, gluten free wraps and ribbon sandwiches with your choice of fillings from an extensive list. Their most popular fillings include chicken & coleslaw, classics such as egg & lettuce and ham, cheese & tomato, as well as premium fillings such as turkey, brie & cranberry, or smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers & Spanish onion. Their shared sandwich boxes and ciabatta roll boxes are ideal for corporate lunches or picnics in the park.

Their gourmet salads cater to an array of dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and vegetarian. Crowd favourites are chicken caesar salad, Thai chicken noodle salad, red potato salad with crispy prosciutto, and classic Greek salad. With a range of premium salads based on roasted vegetables (rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds, pepitas & rose petals), their extensive menu of freshly prepared salads are also based on quinoa, brown rice, cous cous, chickpeas, lentils and pasta. 

If you're looking for beautifully presented bite-size morsels for your function, look no further than Rosalie Gourmet Market's cold and warm canapés, which come in mixed selections to take the ease out of choosing from the dozens of different types on offer. Cold canapés include smoked salmon, finger lime caviar, cream cheese and dill mini tarts; smoked wild mushroom, caramelised onion & goats cheese crostini; basil & feta mini tarts with semi dried tomato; and prosciutto, semi dried tomato, basil & bocconcini skewers.

Warm canapés include a variety of pies, arancini, mini quiches, spring rolls and meatballs, which can either be prepared hot for immediate consumption or chilled for reheating at home.

Rosalie Gourmet Market’s range of platters offer something for everyone. Cold meat platters such as Grandmother’s ham or rare roast sirloin are ready to serve for Sunday lunch, while the Works Platter offers a little bit of everything (cheese, charcuterie, dips, antipasti, fruit, crackers and baguette). Their delicious Sweets Platters are, of course, the perfect way to finish a meal, or for a ladies' afternoon accompanied with a glass of bubbly.

Celebration cakes and macaron boxes make great gifts but are also are a great alternative to Rosalie Gourmet’s sweets platters.

Good to know - Catering is provided in environmentally-friendly cardboard presentation boxes, while white platters are available to hire. The catering team is able to offer catering seven days a week, all year round (excluding Christmas Day, and Boxing Day). Rosalie Gourmet Market offers delivery or in-store collection.
