Brewsvegas 2020

Brisbane

Brisbane's dedicated beer festival, Brewsvegas, is back bigger and better than ever bringing over 100 fantastic beery events to more than 60 venues in the greater Brisbane area.

Celebrating its seventh year, Brewsvegas 2020 will take place over 10 beer-filled fun days, from Thursday, March 12 to Sunday, March 22, with plenty on offer from free events to spectacular ticketed events.

There's something for everyone from beer novices taking their first sips in the world of good beer, to beer tragics keen to try something new.

To make it easier for festival-goers to find events that suit their style, events will play out across four different categories: Beer Loves Food, Beer Loves Community, Beer Loves Everyone, and Beer Loves Passion. Whichever event you choose to attend,  expect cold brews, fab food, live music, art, comps, games and a whole lot of fun.

Highlights of this froth fest include the inaugural Kingdom on Beers celebrating Australia's award-winning brews at the Brisbane Showgrounds (March 7), official launch party of Brewsvegas at Stone & Wood's new digs in the Valley ((March 12), and the festival's closing event, Sunday Roast, featuring four hours of laugh out loud comedy, great food and ever greater beer, at Newstead Brewing (March 22).

In between events, festival-goers can visit the first ever Brewsvegas Festival Hub at Brewski in Petrie Terrace, where they'll find Brewsvegas merchandise, beer-inspired art, and of course, delicious fresh brew.

The official Brewsvegas program launched on Thursday, February 6 at Brewski Bar, with a full listing of events available on the Brewsvegas website.
