Join one of the world’s most esteemed Champagne houses, Laurent Perrier, Live at Eden’s Table for an evening of fine food paired with five of Laurent Perrier's best champagnes.

This is a unique chance for an exclusive look at the soon-to-be-released 2008 Millesime Champagne, which will be introduced by Laurent-Perrier Ambassador Caroline Dessaulle, and paired to a menu by Executive Chef Steve Sweetman that illuminates the notes of each bottle.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with La Cuvée Millésimé 2007 alongside seafood inspired aperitif bites, including fresh shucked oysters, local reef fish ceviche, wakami salad, spiced halloumi and pumpkin chutney.

Then, to begin, there's South East Queensland bugs, scallops and prawns Saffron broth, chervil, salmon caviar, and herb crouton paired with Laurent Perrier La Cuvée, followed by slow cooked duck breast with mixed mushrooms, heirloom tomato, basil foam paired with Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Millésimé 2008.

For main course, there will be Yardstick tenderloin and grilled lobster tail, served with seeded mustard jus and lemon-dill butter, almond croquettes and grilled spring vegetables matched with Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle. For a sweet finish, guests will enjoy a variation of strawberry-raspberry textures, lemon curd and passionfruit espuma paired with Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
