Winter Woodlands

Brisbane's iconic Regatta Hotel has transformed its open-air courtyard into an enchanted woodland for winter, with delicious winter warmer eats and drinks to cosy up and enjoy.

For the wintry occasion,  the ceiling down to the dining booths have been festooned with fairy-lit lamb ear, spray fern, dusty miller & eucalyptus laid with wisteria, fox gloves, apple seed & magnolia, and culminating in a 5m grand tree that takes centre stage in the middle of the courtyard. 

Reserve a snug Winter Woodlands booth for $49 per person, with special booth packages* including a hearty Regatta platter & choice of hot cocktail (mulled wine or spiked apple pie) per person. 

The delectable Regatta Platter to share includes smoked chorizo, rustic bread, tomatoes, herbs, fetta and lemon; lamb curry, sweet potato, spices, chilli, almonds, yoghurt and naan bread; salt & pepper squid, lemon and aioli; fried halloumi dried heirloom tomato salsa, caper dressing and lemon; sweet potato wedges, avocado and black sesame dukkah; shoestring fries and aioli.

Also on offer is a special winter Sunday brunch. Diners can choose from two delicious brunch board options including the Regatta Brunch Grazing Platter, featuring everything from croque monsieur, truffle salami, mini salmon bagels to maple waffles.There’s also a vegan option - the Gardeners Brunch Grazing Platter, including delicious morsels such as cucumber sandwiches, chickpea tempeh, avocado, falafel, smoked sesame cheese to house-made waffles with vanilla glaze.

*Booth reservations are available for lunch & evening sessions, Sunday through Thursday for a minimum of 2 guests per reservation.

**Brunch reservations are available every Sunday from 11am – 1pm for $55 per person, this package includes a 2hr beverage package of selected sparkling, wine, beer & mulled wine and a brunch platter to share.
