Salt Dining and Lounge Bar is a cool sleek bar and eatery in Wilston where diners can enjoy breakfast on weekends and lunch and dinner on weekdays too.
Locally produced artworks adorn the walls, with seating ranging from comfortable indoor lounges to cosy outdoor tables overlooking Wilston Village.
Sweet or savory tapas-style share plates are a popular choice at Salt Dining & Lounge Bar, as well as salads, buffalo wings, grilled rib fillet and some creative burger options - Mary Poppins (grilled mushrooms, baby spinach, Roma tomatoes, marinated tofu), Big Bad Wolf (200g beef patty, double melted cheese, maple bacon, onion rings and sweet potato fries), ParmiGeddon (chicken schnitzel), or the Lumberjack (wagyu beef patty).
At the bar, there are in-house cocktails, beer (including Stone & Wood, Monteiths and Tiger Beer on tap), wine and spirits as well as Mocopan coffee, real fruit smoothies, frappes, milkshakes and thickshakes.
