The beautiful Champagne Domes are styled with winter furs to add a seasonal flair to iconic Customs House, along with unbeatable views of Brisbane River and Story Bridge.
Pair this with plenty of champagne from exquisite champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, alongside an enticing menu, and guests are sure to be feeling very après-ski on those almost chilly Brisbane evenings.
Once snuggled up under a faux-fur blanket, guests can sip on Veuve Clicquot champagne available by the glass or bottle. . The drinks menu will also feature Australian and French wines alongside winter-worthy cocktails including the ‘Clicquot Margarita’ with Patron Silver, Cointreau, lime and topped off with Veuve Clicquot.
Feast on an exclusive snacks and nibbles menu, including the Customs House pop-up bar signature: the lobster croissant with citrus mayo. Plus there's Dutch Anna Siberian caviar (10g), Berkshire pork caramelised onion & gruyere sausage 25 roll with smoked apple BBQ Sauce; and sweet potato croquettes with basil pesto mayonnaise, alongside a variety of Australian and imported cheeses with condiments.
While walk-ins are welcome at the Veuve Clicquot In The Snow pop-up bar, individual igloos can also be exclusively booked for a luxe winter experience. Starting at $95 per person, with a minimum booking of four required and parties snow-capped at ten,
Hit the (culinary) slopes with Dining in the Domes at the Clicquot Chalet — start with a glass of Veuve Clicquot, followed by a multi-course winter feast designed for après-ski indulgence. Including WA Shark Bay Scallop; Grass Fed Beef Tartare with brown Shimeji & smoked bone marrow; Wagyu MBS 6-7 rump cap; potato gnocchi with Urbin Valley mushrooms & truffle butter; and Valrhona Nyangbo chocolate tarte with Tahitian vanilla cream, for $160pp.
In true Customs House fashion, their enchanting Clicquot Chalet Winter High Tea is back with a fresh selection of the finest finger foods you can get your mittens on, with a selection of savoury canapes, freshly baked scones and an array of petit fours, whilst sipping on a glass of Veuve Clicquot and steaming French tea or coffee – available Tuesday to Thursday, for $110 per person for parties of two to six people.
