ALBA BAR & DELI HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN JUNE 2024.

Alba Bar & Deli is a funky little Spanish-inspired bar where jamon, sherry and hip hop rule, found tucked away in Brisbane's oldest laneway, Burnett Lane.

Influenced by the pintxos bars of San Sebastian, Spanish Bar & Deli brings a touch of Basque country to Brisbane city.

Seating at Alba Bar & Deli is at the bar or in the sunken lounge area and the decor is minimalist with moody lighting and a back wall featuring a shelf of pickled veges in jars.

Punters can drop in any time from midday to midnight for a glass of sherry, cocktail, beer or wine and some conservas and bocadillos (with full menu available from 4pm), freshly prepared at the on-site kitchen/deli.

As well as an the impressive range of sherry, customers can enjoy a drink from the unique curated wine list (fizz, pink/orange, white and red) including drops such as Estio Garnacha, Pat Sullivan Haggis.

Conservas on offer include olives, anchovies, guindillas (spicy-sweet little peppers) mussels, sardines, tuna, Manchego (3 months/12 months) and Jamon Serrano Iberico.

Pintxos include croquettes, must-try oysters (with sherry and mandarin vinaigrette), scallops, chorizo, tomato tartler, octopus and potato skins.
