Wrecking Ball

Studio 188

Wrecking Ball, which comes twerking in to Ipswich as part of the Queensland Cabaret Festival, is the ultimate coming of age party on stage. (And no need to be a Miley fan to enjoy it).

With Hannah Montana dead and an inconclusive post-mortem that teeters between natural causes and hot-mess homicide, her childhood pal Miley (played by Naomi Price) returns home to Nashville where she skips the funeral and heads straight for the after-party.

In the process she takes the sledgehammer to Disney idols, teenage dreams and tabloid fantasies, putting an end to it all.

Brought to the stage by the Little Red Production Company and direct from sell-out performances at the Brisbane Powerhouse, Wrecking Ball is on for just one night at Studio 188 before it swings out of town.
