Cutting through Brisbane's suburbs are these green belts - a fantastic network of secret pathways that run alongside creeks, pass through parklands, and inter-connecting suburbs. Good for both walks and off-road bike rides, they are a great and cool way to see another side of the suburbs.

Red Hill To Newmarket

This 6-7km return trail cuts a green swathe through the inner west and north, taking in wooded glades, parklands

This 4km return creek side jaunt follows a shady flat paved path to Northey St City Farm

Sheep Station Gully

This short shaded walk of roughly 2.5 km return cuts a swathe through and alongside a secret forest

Creekside Park Walk

Creekside Park is at the heart of a pleasant and serene 1-hour green belt walk connecting the back streets of Kenmore to Brookfield, and one that is a bit of a local’s secret
