La Bonita Gelato Bar is a stylish Euro style tapas and dessert bar that is open late every night - an unexpected find in a side street of the leafy suburb of Graceville.

Terracotta pot plants, polished wooden floors and black and white Italian murals set the scene while the food is a sweet and savoury drawcard. From the Gelato bar come decadent flavours like Panna Cotta, Baci hazelnut chocolate, Tiramisu and Turkish Delight alongside healthy choices like lychee, mango, Green Apple and the popular Ace - a fruit and vege (Vitamin A,C, & E) juice based gelato of orange, carrot and lemon.

From the sweets counter there’s a mix of gluten free and standard indulgences like red velvet roulade, strawberry jaconde, white chocolate marscapone, citrus cheesecake or steamed coconut pudding (GF), flourless chocolate cake GF) or kids favourite Fairy Mushrooms.

The sweetness doesn’t end there though as also available a la carte are pancakes, waffles and crepes. And the perfect accompaniment is the in-house Lunardini coffee imported direct from Italy.

On the savoury side, La Bonita Gelato makes a great casual drink and tapas bar for pre or post dinner, being fully licenced (with a choice of European beers and ciders) and serving delicious tapas like Tuscany Chorizo, Arancini Balls, Sicilain Funghi and Antipasto along with cheese platters.

Need to know: In true Euro style La Bonita is dog-friendly with water bowl provided on the terrace outside.
