Casa Motta is a hidden gem of an artisan cheeserie hidden in the industrial backstreets of Mansfield.

This boutique cheese factory, owned by Master Cheesemaker Alessandro Motta, specialises in Italian-style cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, filone, burrata, ricotta and straciatella. The cheeses are made with 100% Queensland milk and hand-stretched the old fashioned way.

Good to know - Alessandro also holds mozzarella cheese making classes on Monday nights twice per month,
