Also from the rarely found list expect to pick up whole fresh beetroots, zucchini flowers, mangosteens, pomegranates, globe artichokes and curry leaves.

The butchery stocks everything from rabbit, crocodile and quail to Bangalow ham and bacon, char sui duck breast, wagyu beef or milk fed veal schnitzel, designer sausages and a whole batch of easy-carve roasts such as Tasmanian roast lamb.
