Min & Co

East Brisbane

MIN & CO AT EAST BRISBANE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Min & Co is a casual Italian-style eatery found on the ground floor of The Wellington boutique apartment building in East Brisbane, serving top-notch fare and specialty coffee roasted on-site.

This modern cafe trattoria is co-owned by Mina Ali (former marketing director at Di Bella) and Phil Di Bella, the coffee guru himself, with Chef Mario Cali of Locale (Newstead) consulting in the kitchen.

The relaxed space is bright and airy with splashes of citrus colours and a wall of greenery, offering indoor and outdoor undercover seating.

Breakfast fare includes Breakfast bruschetta (poached eggs, avocado, crispy bacon and haloumi with fresh tomato salsa on toasted sourdough), Mushrooms on Rye (roasted garlic & herb field mushroom with sautéed balsamic mushrooms topped topped with goats’ cheese on toasted rye), or Blackforest Pancakes (buttermilk pancakes with black forest fruits, whipped ricotta, activated charcoal, crumble & maple syrup).

A popular option is to Build Your Own Breakfast (with a choice of eggs, extras, sides and condiments).

Min and Co is child friendly with a menu of kids’ favourites with fun names like Kermit (smashed avocado soldiers), Power Puff (pancake with maple syrup, seasonal fruit and ice-cream), Garfield (house pasta with napolitana sauce) and Leonardo (ham, tomato and cheese pizza).

There's even a special Toddlers' menu of Banana & Avocado mash and roast pumpkin or fruit puree.

Coffee on pour is roasted in-house with two blends to choose from, Dawn and Dusk. Alternatively, there’s tea, sticky chai, fresh juices, milkshakes and smoothies.
