Kathy Griffin

Concert Hall Qpac

Controversial comedian, Kathy Griffin, is set to make you “Laugh Your Head Off” with her comedy world tour heading to QPAC, Concert Hall, on Monday, October 23.

Anyone familiar with that infamous photo she posed for which involved a certain U.S. president’s head will get the reference for the show’s title, and Griffin will be gleefully detailing the furore it caused when she performs.

Obviously not one to shy away from shocking people, the straight talking funny lady – who’s won two Emmys and a Grammy –  will give audiences plenty to think and chuckle about.

It’s hard to believe but after two decades in the business this is Griffin’s first world tour, and she’s definitely capitalising on her recent controversy, which led to more offers of her to bring her no-holds-barred comedy to audiences worldwide. She says of her show that it “isn’t for the faint of heart, so leave your kids at home. My motto is ‘Funny First’.”

Griffin has the unusual title of being a Guinness World Record holder for the Most Televised Comedy Specials by any comedian in history. She’s also a successful author of the books, Kathy Griffin’s Celebrity Run-Ins: My A-Z Index, and Official Book Club Selection. Her docu-series, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List and her late-night talk show, Kathy, have kept her millions of fans happy.
