Avalanche Superfoods Cafe

Avalanche Superfoods cafe is a little oasis of healthy eating unexpectedly found in Virginia's commercial and industrial zone.

Smoothies, juices, acai bowls and superfood meals are found in abundance here and there are also raw treats and a range of gluten -free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly items to satisfy a wide range of cravings.

It is possible to sit down in the cafe space with inspiring books to read, and Aromas coffee available. Avalanche Superfood's display counter features some very tempting snacks such as avocado lime cheesecake, protein balls, raspberry lime truffles and choc-peppermint slices.

For breakfast try a quinoa, spinach and mushroom omelette, acai bowl, or a bacon and egg toastie. For healthy lunch options, try a veggie burger or quinoa slice along with one of Avalanche Superfood's heavenly salads - double smoked chicken, Moroccan pearl cous cous, chorizo penne pasta, or roasted sweet potato and free range egg salad.

They also sell delicious pre-packed meals to take away - gourmet sausage rolls, vegetarian lasagne, risottos, soups and curries to name a few.

In a nutshell - Superfood cafe/store with nutritious options to suit everyone's taste across Brisbane's northside.

Nice to know - There is a small car park conveniently located onsite at Geebung Business Centre (access via Lisgar St). Breakfast menu is available 6 - 10.30am*. Lunch menu is available from 11am - 2pm*.
