Weeknights at Santa Monica

Looking for an excuse to head out for dinner this week? Santa Monica Restaurant & Bar is serving up a different reason to visit every weeknight, with a lineup of seriously tempting dining deals, Golden Hour drinks, corporate sundowners and live entertainment.

Kick off the week with Santa Monica’s $20 Burrito Special, landing every Monday.

Choose between chargrilled chicken or beef, wrapped up with rice, cheese, avocado salsa and sour cream, then served with corn chips and guac. Basically, the kind of Monday motivation we can get behind.

Tuesdays are taco nights, with two tacos and a beer for $30.

Choose from beef mince with housemade chimichurri, pico de gallo and coriander; marinated chargrilled chicken with avocado salsa, pico de gallo and coriander; or crispy cauliflower with housemade chimichurri, pico de gallo and coriander.

And if you’re kicking things off early, Golden Hour runs Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, making it even easier to settle in for an afternoon drink.

Make it through Wednesday with a Burrito Bowl and a Beer for $30.

The bowl comes loaded with rice, beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and avocado salsa, with your choice of chargrilled chicken, beef mince or roasted cauliflower.

Thursday calls for pizza — and Santa Monica is bringing the goods with $23 pizzas.

Choose from classics including Margherita, Capricciosa and Meat Lovers, or switch things up with prosciutto and rocket or a loaded vegetarian pizza with maple pumpkin, capsicum, feta, caramelised onion, zucchini and rocket.

There’s also a cheesy garlic bread on offer if you’re looking to start the feast properly.

End the week with a Burger and Beer for $30, then stick around because the entertainment kicks off from 4:30pm with live music.

It’s the perfect excuse to clock off, grab your crew and settle in for a Friday night of good food, cold drinks and live tunes.

If you’re organising a work function or corporate sundowner, Santa Monica has that covered too.

Available Tuesday to Friday from 4:30pm, the Corporate Sundowner package includes 90 minutes of tap beer, cider, house white and red wine, Prosecco and soft drinks, plus shared food boards piled with corn chips and guac, pizza, arancini, calamari and fries.

Groups of four to 12 people can also upgrade their package with a round of spritzes for an extra $10 per person.
