Shoot Gecko is a unique low-and-slow BBQ cafe tucked away in a commercial and industrial zone in Virginia on Brisbane's northside.
Open on weekdays, Shoot gecko serves up a mouth-watering menu of brisket rolls (filled with freshly smoked meats), toasties, banh mi and coffee.
Signatures are the brisket roll featuring 20+ hour slow cooked meat, served on a toasted milk bun, American cheese, pickles, home made bbq sauce, slaw and topped with fried onions; and the Reuben sandwich. Other rolls incude smoked bratwurst, pulled pork, smoked chicken and Vietnamese pork as well as bacon & egg roll.
Delicious toasties on offer have a choice of fillings: brisket, cheese & pickle; ham, cheese & tomato; or amoked chicken, cheese & avocado.
Drinks-wise there'a a selection of well brewed coffee or hot chocolate.
