On the menu are Entrees such as Duck Carpaccio with celery and foie gras or Queensland Sea Scallops Thermidor with rocket, apple salad and walnut, Mains such as Grilled Beef Filet and Crayfish and Desserts including Bitter Chocolate Fondant or Joel’s Platter for Two (8 petite sweet chef’s samplers).

Thyme2 is the hotel’s massive lobby restaurant where hotel guests can enjoy one of the city’s best buffet breakfasts, as well as signature seafood buffets and exquisite French pastries by the in-house pastry chef.
