Sunny Side Sandwiches

Sunny Side Sandwiches have opened their third outlet in East Brisbane, bringing their delectable gourmet shokupan sandwiches they are renowned for to the inner eastern side of the city.

Here every single creation is served on Sunny Side’s signature shokupan (Japanese milk bread), which is baked fresh in-house daily and which customers can watch being made through a special viewing window.

The lineup features the legendary brekkie sarnie (soft scrambled eggs, streaky bacon, and kimchi mayo), the iconic panko-crumbed chicken schnitty (plus its spicy and vege variants), the crunchy panko-crumbed snapper and the classic Reuben. And, for a real sweet treat, there's the shokupan cinnamon scroll, a unique offering at East Brisbane.

Want more? Sunny Side also serve fries and hash browns as the perfect accompaniment and drinks-wise, customers can enjoy cold brew coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
