Tangalooma Island Resort Whale Watching Competition Terms & Conditions

The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via email. Once notified, the winner will then have one week to confirm their win via email. After this time if contact has not been received, the prize will be re-drawn and a new winner chosen.

The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition.

The winner will have their name, email and phone number passed on to the prize provider so that arrangements can be made for the collection / redemption of the prize. If for any reason beyond our control, the prize is cancelled or deemed unavailable by the prize provider, entrants will not receive a replacement prize nor will they receive any financial reimbursement to the value of the prize.

Prize Voucher T&C's 

This voucher expires on 14/10/2026 and must be redeemed before this date. All travel must be completed before this time, and extensions will not be granted. It is advised that the prize recipient books well in advance of their planned travel dates to secure availability and avoid disappointment.

Not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable to other products. The prize cannot be transferred to other persons or parties. For the prize to be validated the prize recipient must travel on the booking and may need to show identification upon check-in to validate the booking.
 

Prize winners under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to claim the prize on their behalf upon presentation of identification. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require an adult over the age of 18 in their immediate travel party for the duration of their stay at Tangalooma Island Resort.

The prize will be subject to the applicable package conditions at time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability. Not available peak or high season, public holiday weekends, school holidays & cruise arrival dates. Blockout dates apply. Booking dates are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Tangalooma Island Resort. Boat transfers are made available by Tangalooma Island Resort on a ‘subject to availability’ basis.

This voucher is eligible for one Day Cruise booking only and no change will be provided for unspent portions. Children are classified as 3 to 14 years inclusive.

The recipient will be required to call Tangalooma Reservations on 1300 652 250 or 07 3637 2000 and quote their voucher number to begin the booking process.

CANCELLATION
This Day Cruise is subject to conditions and cancellation policies. Please consult your booking confirmation for further details. All bookings that are made (in-part-or-full) with a prize voucher are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
