Never Enough
Fortitude Valley
Updated: May 12, 2026
Never Enough is an ambient two-level restaurant and bar where vinyl selections, dry-aged menus and a late-night wine list converge under the same roof.in Fortitude Valley’s heritage-listed Apothecaries Hall, on the cusp of Bakery Lane.
The venue brings together a chef-led kitchen and a considered drinks offering across two levels designed to move seamlessly from long lunches through to late-night drinks.
Downstairs is the main dining room and kitchen, while on the upper level the relaxed bar setting offers cold seafood, charcuterie and lighter plates alongside drinks. There is also a 10-seat private dining room for small group dining experiences.
On the food menu, which changes regularly, expect to find smaller plates such as Hiramisa Kingfish with passionfruit vinaigrette; or fried chicken tenders with Sturgeon Caviar; and large plates like Moreton Bay Bug & Prawn Casarecce or 21-day Dry Aged cheeseburger with tarragon mustard & champagne onions.
Meanwhile the drinks menu features a curated wine list alongside fortified wines, aperitifs, amaros and a selection of premium spirits.
Good to know - Never Enough marks a new chapter for founders Nathan and Dombroski (ex-Crowbar), who after more than a decade building music venues in Brisbane and Sydney are pivoting into food and hospitality.
