Annual Bravehearts Ball

This year’s Annual Bravehearts Ball, set to be the biggest and boldest in the event’s almost 30-year history with the aim of raising $300,000 for child protection charity Bravehearts, will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Saturday, May 30.

Hosted this year by television journalist, Kendall Gilding, the Annual Bravehearts Ball is one of Queensland’s longest-running charity galas, started the year Bravehearts began in 1997. 

The Bravehearts Ball has since grown to be a highly anticipated event on the charity calendar, offering guests a new themed gala experience each year. This year’s theme draws inspiration from the golden age of grand circuses and carnivals, where velvet drapes, glowing lanterns and live entertainment will set the stage for an unforgettable evening for a vital cause.

The event has raised over $1 million in the last five years alone, funds that directly support Bravehearts’ mission of preventing and treating child sexual abuse. This year, guests can contribute to the cause by bidding in the silent and live auctions, trying their luck in the raffles or sideshow alley games.

Tickets are on sale now at *early bird prices until the end of March, starting at $280 per person for a single ticket, and $2,700 for a table of 10. A limited number of exclusive VIP table packages are also available until sold out. All tickets include a three-course meal and a five-hour drinks package.
