This fast food joint serves up hearty meals made using only the freshest ingredients, with a small but well-polished menu that ensures every dish is crafted to perfection. It’s not uncommon to see a line out the door, with locals and passers-by alike stopping in for a taco and an ice-cold drink.
A Brisbane favourite, their slow-cooked beef tacos, which are rich, decadent, and perfectly cooked, served in crispy tacos and generously topped with a flavoursome sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime. Portions are also generously sized, making it a satisfying pick-me-up every time.
Looking for something a little different? You can’t go past their ramen noodles served in a rich birria broth, topped with tender meat, Mexican cheese, and all the right garnishes.
A local favourite, their Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich features crispy, golden sourdough loaded with birria beef or chicken, melted American cheese, caramelised onion, and their signature sauce, served with a side of fries. If you’re after something a bit more hearty, their Birria Beef Brioche is a step up - slow-cooked birria beef piled high on a soft, buttery brioche bun, topped with melted American cheese and caramelised onion.
One of their most popular dishes is the loaded fries - crispy fries piled high with birria beef or chicken, melted Mexican cheese, and tasty toppings. For a simpler option, the cheesy fries come smothered in melted Mexican cheese and birria broth. Both make excellent choices if you’re after something indulgent, satisfying, and full of flavour.
What's for dessert? You can’t leave without trying their crunchy churro puffs, dusted in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chocolate sauce. They’re the perfect sweet treat to share after your meal.
