Moselles Cafe + Restaurant occupies a stunning waterfront position with uninterrupted views overlooking Springfield Lake.

Offering a delicious all-day menu daily from 8am-1pm and plenty of alfresco lakeside seating as well as indoors in the cottage-style pavilion, Moselle's is the perfect spot for a leisurely brunch.

The extensive menu is full of temptations such as the smashed avo on sourdough, with golden haloumi slices, two poached eggs, roasted tomatoes, balsamic glaze and dukkah; veggie omelette; corn fritters; the Brekkie Burger and a Superfoods Salad with kale, quinoa, roasted pumpkin and broccolini.

Lunch-style options include a generous beef burger with fries, chicken and bacon pasta and a classic fish and chips with salad. There is excellent coffee on pour, a range of smoothies on offer and cake options in the cabinet.

Moselles Cafe & Restaurant is also child-friendly, with a fantastic kids menu for ages 12 and under, including kids Big Brekkie, pancakes, ham & cheese toastie, fish & chips, chicken nuggets and chips or mini cheese burger with tomato sauce and fries.

Nice to know - Watch out for the model sailing boats that are regularly raced from a bank on the other side of the lake, right past the restaurant. 

Good to know - Whilst there, be sure to take advantage of the scenic walking track which loops around Springfield Lake, which is also home to a number of ducks and native water birds.
