Each session gives you 90 minutes in the bathhouse, so you can move between hot and cold at your own pace: a traditional Finnish rock sauna, 5° ice baths, a 14° cold magnesium pool and 37° hot magnesium pool. All outdoors, under sun by day and stars by night, with laid-back tunes in the background.

The practice itself is instinctually human, rooted in history and backed by modern science. Come for the recovery, leave feeling recharged, and become part of a Brisbane community that’s showing up clearer, stronger and more present for the things that matter.
