The Market Room

Tucked away inside Loganholme’s Hyperdome Shopping Centre, The Market Room is a mammoth foodie's paradise all under one roof.

Although very much a part of the shopping centre, visitors can be forgiven for forgetting where they are when setting foot inside.

The  Market Room features exposed beams, trendy lighting and recycled timbers, which combine nicely to give off a hip market vibe, far removed from your typical suburban shops. 

Here you’ll find everything you could possibly need to cook up that perfect meal, including an Asian grocery store, a gourmet butcher, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market. There’s also a couple of health food stores, plus a store offering natural therapies and healing treatments.

Those seeking a pre- or post-shopping pick-me-up can sit down at one of the predominantly Asian-flavoured eateries, or at one of the three cafes serving up barista-made coffee.

A trendy pop-up space has been created to allow visitors the chance to chill out with a book, or simply recharge after a long stint of shopping. The space boasts long bench-style tables and chairs, and is brightly decorated with quirky tins of food. 

There’s also a place to relax alfresco, which continues the brilliantly simple yet strikingly-bright decor, and makes it virtually impossible not to stop by for a few minutes.
