The store carries a range of products such as Emelia's gluten free sauces (aioli, tartare sauce and crustacean dressing), Tasman Salt Flakes, Murrumbooee dukkha and spice mixes, olive oil, pasta, Panko breadcrumbs, capers, soy sauce, wasabi and a range of marinades. In a cold cabinet customers, will find caviar, Huon Tasmanian salmon gravadlax, hot smoked ocean trout, smoked salmon, and more.
