Super Butcher

Eagle Farm

Updated: Feb 18, 2026

There are butcher shops and then there is Super Butcher, a unique meat wonderland with a must-visit mega flagship store in Brisbane's Eagle Farm.

Super Butcher

At Super Butcher you’ll find everything from award-winning meat from a carefully curated selection of Australian farms to hard-to-find produce including quail, crocodile, venison, goat, kangaroo, rabbit, turkey, goose and duck.

As such a visit to Super Butcher is no ordinary shopping trip, with a touch of adventure about it (and one that is recommended that customers rug up before embarking on).

Super Butcher

Entry is via the foyer where a bunch of warm coats hang for customer’s use. Through the next door the main warehouse space houses a jaw-dropping display featuring beef, pork, and lamb in various guises (including a huge dry aged room); and roving butchers are on hand to assist with selection, advice and carving according to customer’s individual requirements with all slicing, dicing and vacuum sealing done free of charge.

Super Butcher

Adventuring through the store, it’s impossible not to notice the full gamut of beef – available from as little as a single steak in the gourmet deli to the awe of an entire rib fillet of a cow, sliced and vacuum sealed for free to conveniently pack away (which also makes it last longer) in your fridge or freezer.

Super Butcher

Unlike a traditional butcher shop, incredible emphasis is placed on the feed, brand, and provenance of the meat at Super Butcher. Each piece of meat tells a story of its heritage, what to expect from the flavour and feed – and how it was raised.

All the meat at Super Butcher is of the utmost export quality yet at unbeatable prices not found anywhere else, and with their signature 5 Meals for $50 Pack offering great savings.

Some of the top-notch brands found here in carnivore heaven include Bass Strait, Cape Grim (From the north-western tip of Tasmania), Wanderer, Vintage Beef, Robbins Island Tasmanian Wagyu, Black Onyx, Rangers Valley, Jack’s Creek, Stockyard, Kiwami (coveted by some of the world’s top chefs), Darling Downs Wagyu, and Josdale Certified Black Angus.

Pork is sourced from Pilton Valley (Darling Downs) and Borrowdale Free Range (near Goondiwindi), while their lamb hails from some of the best farms in Victoria. Meanwhile smallgoods stocked come from respected 120-year-old South East Qld company, Gotzinger.

In addition there’s a sizeable stash of frozen goods, including the aforementioned crocodile, duck, quail and so forth as well as the pre-prepared like chicken nuggets, pastizzi and pasta.

If that's not enough, on the way out via the registers, there are shelves of gourmet sauces, marinades, condiments, herbs and spices, BBQ and kitchen equipment and the like, practically everything needed to make a meal of it.

Need to know – There’s plenty of free onsite customer parking. Super Butcher outlets are also located at Albany  Creek, Ashmore, Browns Plains, Birkdale, Southport and Oxenford. Check the website for store addresses and fantastic weekly specials.
