Meat at Billy's

Popular boutique Brisbane butcher Meat at Billy's has opened a third store at Woolloongabba's South City Square, a sibling for their Rosalie and Ashgrove outlets.

Here you'll find an impressive array of quality meats, incuding beef and steak, poultry, pork, premise-made gourmet sausages, lamb and goat, as well as a delicious ready-to-cook range of pastries, skewers, stir fries, burgers, meatballs, kebabs, ribs and wings, family pies and more.

There's also a good selection of deli meats including smoked wagyu silverside, sliced roast beef and turkey breast, prosciutto, freshly sliced ham and cooked corned wagyu silverside.

Meat at Billy's are known for their sausages which are hand made with fresh ingredients and come in more than 40 flavours includng best sellers such as Irish pork & sage, Italian pork & fennel, fresh chorizo, smokey beef & maple, lamb & rosemary, and their multi-award winning butter chicken.

There's also a small range of BBQ accessories including digital meat thermometer, smoking fruit woods, heat proof gloves sand wet charcoal as well as pantry items like Short Grain's sweet chilli & ginger or sweet soy mirin dressing; Truff buffalo sauce; green peppercorn & brandy sauce; red wine jus; turkey gravy; real smoked tomato ketchup; and classic apple chutney.
