Nestled within a purpose-built bakery, James St Bakery is your destination for the finest selection of all-natural sourdough and exquisite patisserie delights. Their commitment to artisanal baking is evident in every handcrafted creation they make.

Every loaf of sourdough is made from fresh-milled flour, filtered water, sea salt (the salt is air-dried to preserve the minerals), and 'starter.'  This simple recipe, combined with the passion, soul, hard work, and honour of the bakers ensures enduring quality. It takes 72 hours and 8 pairs of hands to create one loaf of genuine sourdough bread, a process perfected over 10 years.
