In the heart of Paddington, Solina is a sleek restaurant and bar with a warm, dimly lit interior that makes it perfect for a delicious dinner or drinks with friends. 

The atmosphere is lively without feeling over the top, complete with cosy tables and booths. 

Choose from a range of indoor and outdoor seating, where you can take in the hustle and bustle of Paddington or slip away into one of their more private leather booths. 

The menu has a solid mix of fresh oysters, burgers, steaks, and share-style dishes with something for everyone to enjoy. Everything feels polished and well thought out, with plenty of options whether you’re after something light or more filling.

The standout dish was easily the tuna tartare with taro chips. The tuna was fresh and packed with flavour, while the crispy taro chips added a unique crunch that made the whole dish very moreish. Their lamb skewers were also extremely tender and full of flavour. 

To top it off, the Tommy’s Margarita is a must-try cocktail and pairs perfectly with the food. Aside from their extensive drinks menu - they have delightful desserts to choose from, such as their trio of sorbets to finish the evening on a fresh, sweet note. 

There is also street parking available, as well as being very close to Suncorp Stadium so its the perfect place for a quality, casual meal before catching an event.
