Curated using the very best local and seasonal produce, Dapl's delicious menu includes standout dishes such as native spice salmon gravlax with pickled beetroot, lemon aspen creme fraiche and nasturtium, lemon myrtle grilled calamari with burnt orange, mixed citrus and native herbs, bush spiced kangaroo loin with blended sweet potato, confit onion and davidson plum jus, and peppermint gum lamb backstrap with parsnip marsala, watermelon radish, native currant glace and chives.
Finish off the feasting with a pineapple thyme almond cake, lavender cheesecake, Jaffa delice with eucalyptus honeycomb, or a selection of Australian cheese.
