Donana Mini Hot Pot

Kelvin Grove

Updated: Feb 02, 2026

Donana Mini Hot Pot is Brisbane's first hot pot train, which you'll find located on Musk Avenue in Kelvin Grove.

Think sushi train, but hot pot style - a unique self-serve concept where hungry visitors can enjoy a steaming hot soup base of varying flavours and grab as many fresh ingredients as they like from a conveyor belt to add to their hot pot.

While you may feel overwhelmed by all of your choices upon arrival, if you follow the following simple steps you are sure to enjoy a delicious meal and have a great time.

The first step is to choose your soup base for your hot pot, which is delivered to you by a robot. Choose from a range of flavours including the likes of spicy beef butter, tom yum, rich mixed mushroom, five spice and more.

You then order a selection of meats from a QR code and the rest of the ingredients (think fresh vegetables, tofu and bean curds, marinated meats, seafood and noodles) you simply grab from the conveyer belt and add to your hot pot once you have it nice and hot! Head to the sauce bar to whip up the ultimate sauce combo to go with your hot pot.

Wash it all down with a fruity tea, bubble tea or soft drink and finish off the feasting festivities with one of Donana Mini Hot Pot's signature (and super cute) desserts.

While the best seat in the house is inside by the hot pot train, there is overflow seating available outside for when it is particularly busy.
