SayHi Thai Noodle Bar is a funky and colourful little Thai street food eatery tucked away down a laneway and car park behind Genki Mart in Brisbane CBD.

Look for the paper lantern festooned laneway beside Genki Mart and you'll find the kiosk style kitchen, plastered with pictures of noodle dishes and a smattering of trestle tables and chairs.

On the menu at SayHi you'll find an impressive range of authentic noodles to suit all tastes, including rich boat noodles, clear soup, spicy tom yum, and tasty dry noodles as well as a selection of Thai desserts.

Must-try are the signature Thai boat noodles, which come with a rich dark broth base and will whisk you straight to Thailand. All dishes come with a choice of beef, chicken, pork, vegetables, tofu or squid and noodles including egg, rice, vermicelli and flat.

Iced drinks at SayHI

As for drinks, there's a choice of Thai milk tea, dirty soda and soft drinks, with a liquor license on the way.
