Prova Pizzeria is a little slice of Naples in Stafford Heights offering northside Brisbane pizza-lovers authentic woodfired pizzas as well as antipasti and a fully licensed bar.

The restaurant exudes effortless Italian style with modern indoor and outdoor decor.

The Stefano Ferrara pizza oven has actually travelled all the way from Naples and sits in pride of place in the heart of Prova Pizzeria's kitchen. It is inspiring to watch the international award-winning pizzaiolo at work, preparing pizzas using top quality ingredients and classical Italian techniques (yes - that means spinning the dough on his fingertips).

Beginning with antipasti, diners can choose from calamari fritters, antipasti platter for two or a create your own charcuterie board. The menu includes all manner of pizzas - categorized as either tomato based or not. Prova Pizzeria also offer gluten-free and vegetarian pizzas.

There are also some very tempting desserts available, such as lemon tiramisu, chocolate calzone and assorted gelati, as well as Italian wines, beers, ciders and aperitifs.

Good to know - For children, there are special bambini sized pizzas.
